Now you can combine 2 great core-based workouts: stand up paddle boarding and Pilates, on Weller Lake, Reudi Reservoir and Twin Lakes in Colorado!
Weller Lake is located off of Independence Pass 15 minutes East of Aspen. This excursion involves a 20 minute scenic hike with each participant carrying a 35# pack containing their paddle gear.
