Stand Up Paddle Pilates

Now you can combine 2 great core-based workouts: stand up paddle boarding and Pilates, on Weller Lake,  Reudi Reservoir and Twin Lakes in Colorado!

IMG_2807Weller Lake is located off of Independence Pass 15 minutes East of Aspen. This excursion involves a 20 minute scenic hike with each participant carrying a 35# pack containing their paddle gear. Upon arriving at this picturesque lake, each person will manually inflate their paddle board via an enclosed hand pump (takes appropriately 5 minutes). Your paddle board adventure then begins!

IMG_2108Reudi Reservoir is located 15 minutes North of Basalt (45 minutes from Aspen). This excursion requires no hiking or manual inflation of the paddle boards, just pure enjoyment of the enormous body of water!

DSC02930.JPGTwin Lakes is located 1 hour from Aspen following a beautiful drive over Independence Pass. This excursion requires no hiking or manual inflation of the paddle boards, just pure enjoyment of the enormous body of water!

Each excursion includes transportation from Aspen to the destination as well as all necessary paddle board equipment. Participants will enjoy approximately 90 minutes of stand up paddle boarding along with Pilates-inspired matwork exercises while floating on the water.

Private session excursion $300*. (Additional water time $100/hour)
Duet session excursion $300 or $150 each*. ( Additional water time $100/hour or $50 each)

*90 min transportation/hike/set-up, 90 min water time
